Scrapbooking In General

The recent influx has been suggested that 9/11 had a lot to do with our renewed interest in preserving the past through photographs.

I feel it is really all about capturing a memory and the feeling you had when the picture was taken. Done creatively it can tell the story in full. A picture can be like a thousand words, yes! But the story can be told even more thoughtfully and thoroughly through artistic endeavours.

My mother put all my school photographs and class pictures and report cards (groan) into one album (which she won't let me have until shes past on). Although it wasn't as special as scrapbooking pages of nowadays it still touches me that she cared that much to put it together. My kudos to the scrappers that are going to leave their children a beautiful legacy to hand down!!!

As we sell many scrapbook paper racks and organization products I've chatted to a lot of scrappers and for many it is not just a hobby, but a passion. Our goal is to help scrapper's control the mess and free up their time to spend actual producing their works of art (which truly they are)...

Please let us know your stories on how scrapbooking has changed you views.
